The Most dangerous game in the Earth linked with more than 130 teen deaths across Russia and police in the UK have now started warning parents about the challenge, and now this game showing its magic in India too.
What is the Blue Whale Suicide Game?
The Blue Whale suicide game is a big social media group which is encouraging people to kill themselves and now this group is getting bigger and bigger. There are hundreds of thousands of posts related to this are trending on Instagram.
The game is based on the relationship between the challengers which are players and the administrators. It contains a series of duties given by the administrators that players must complete, usually one per day, some of which involve self-mutilation. Some tasks can be given in advance, while others can be passed on by the administrators on that day, the last task being suicide and the condition of this game is “Once you participate in this Gane, you cannot go back”.

It’s thought a group administrator assigns daily tasks to members, which they have to complete over 50 days, The horrific tasks include self-harming, watching horror movies and waking up at unusual hours, but these gradually get more extreme, On the 50th day, the controlling manipulators behind the game reportedly instruct the youngsters to commit suicide. The Hacktivist collective, “Anonymous” had declared an online war on the game, calling it “Operation Blue Whale”.
The algorithm is such that it makes you feel you are mentally strong and you can pass the challenge easily so the moment you enter the loop of playing it ..The game already defeats you .

The list of tasks, to be completed in 50 days that includes –
- waking up at 4:20 A.M.
- climbing a crane
- carving a specific phrase on the person’s own hand or arm
- doing secret tasks
- poking a needle to the arm or leg
- standing on a bridge and roof
- listening to music, and watching videos sent to the challengers by the administrator
How to say “NO” to this Game?

Be assertive. It’s your choice and you don’t have to do something which makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
- Try not to judge them:
By respecting their choices, they should respect yours
- Spend time with friends who can say ‘no’.
- Parents should talk with their children and emphasise that they can make their own choices and discuss ways of how to say no.
